The Passport

This recipe was created by Felicity Whorlow, home bartender and mixologist at Ausbotanicals.

8 red grapes
15ml lime juice
15ml simple syrup
dash rhubarb bitters
22.5ml white dry vermouth
30ml Pfeiffer Seriously Pink
soda water

In a cocktail shaker place grapes and muddle until you have a good amount of juice.

Add all of the other ingredients, including ice and shake well.

Double strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a pink flower.
