Created by Caidyn Hayes. Aquafaba is chickpea brine that is used in cocktails (and cooking) as a substitute for egg whites.
Add 60ml Pfeiffer Seriously Pink, 30ml Pfeiffer Durif, 30ml lime juice, 15ml cocktail syrup and 30ml aquafaba to an empty cocktail shaker.
Shake for 15 seconds.
Add ice to the top and shake again until tin is too cold to touch.
Strain into chilled champagne coupe and dust with freeze-dried strawberries.
