It has been such an exciting two weeks for us all as the results of the Riverina and Rutherglen Wine Shows have been announced. Jen was thrilled to accept the trophy for the Best Fortified of Show with our Pfeiffer Rare Rutherglen Muscat at the Riverina Open Wine Show recently. As she said, it truly is a privilege to be the custodian of such an iconic Australian wine style.
The excitement continued last Thursday night, at the 135th Rutherglen Wine Show, when we were awarded the A.N Woodroffe Trophy for the Best Apera in Show with our Pfeiffer Seriously Fine. Not to be outdone, our popular and very delicious 2021 Pfeiffer Cabernet Sauvignon took out two trophies – firstly being crowned the Border Wine and Food Club – Best North East Dry Red Wine and then, the Hahn – Best Barrel Matured Table Wine from North East Victoria.
In total, over the two shows, Pfeiffer Wines won 4 Trophies, 3 Top Gold medals, 6 Gold medals, 23 Silver medals and 23 Bronze medals.
