Our Pfeiffer Crazy Dave Parter Starter Sparkling White is full of citrus and peach fruit aromas. The palate is fresh and fruity with lovely mid palate texture and a crisp, refreshing finish. Blended from Chardonnay, with around 20% Pinot Noir, this wine is made from classic sparkling varieties but in a modern style that is fresh, fruity, fragrant and most of all FUN!

It is great with most canapes, or for one of life’s simple pleasures, try it with some potato crisps – lightly salted.
