Seal	A screw cap has been used on our 2011 Shiraz to maximise its flavour and freshness, and to eliminate the chances of cork taint.

Winemakers Comments	Our 2011 Shiraz Cabernet is a classic Australian blend made from the fruit from Colbinabbin Estate, in Heathcote. The fruit from Colbinabbin Estate was outstanding. The Shiraz component offers lifted spice and red berry aromas and a generosity of fruit on the palate, while the Cabernet component delivers darker fruit flavours, and length and structure on the palate. All in all, a delicious wine, made with dedication and love from the vineyard to the glass.
