40ml Tanqueray Gin

Lemon Juice

20ml Pale Dry Apera Pfeiffer Seriously Fine

10ml Sugar Syrup

Dash Orange Bitters

Build** all ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice.  Once chilled double strain into a Martini or Coupette glass and garnish with an orange twist.

**When building you usually want to add the ingredients in the order they are given in the recipe.
