Jen Pfeiffer, who has taken over as winemaker from her father Chris, has conjured up a wonderfully lively and drinkable Pinot Grigio made from fruit grown in the King Valley in North-East Victoria.  A lovely, crisp dry white with pear and citrus flavours to the fore.  Enjoy chilled with spicy dishes or fresh seafood."
