Whether you’re mixing up a Bridge Bomb or a Pink Sour, these 11 wine cocktails show just how versatile our fresh, fruity, fragrant and fun Seriously Pink can be.
P & T (Pink and Tonic)
Pour 100ml Seriously Pink into a tall glass with ice. Top with Tonic Water and serve with a lime wedge and fresh mint.
Long Pink
Pour 100ml Seriously Pink into a tall glass with ice. Top with Soda Water and serve with a large lemon wedge.
Bridge Bomb
Slit a Birdseye chilli lengthways (keeping the chilli intact at the top) and rub the chilli around the rim of the glass. Pop the chilli into the glass. Add ice to your glass and then pour 200ml Seriously Pink. Top with Soda Water and garnish with a slice of orange and a sprig of rosemary.
Pomegranate Pink
In a short glass mix equal quantities of Pink and Pomegranate Juice and enjoy. Garnish with frozen Pomegranate seeds and a mint sprig.
Pink Bull
100ml Seriously Pink and top with Red Bull.
The Pink Pom
Add 45ml Seriously Pink and 45ml “pfavourite” Gin to a glass. Fill with crushed ice and top with Tonic Water.
Pink Sour
Add 60ml Seriously Pink, 30ml Pfeiffer Durif, 30ml lime juice, 15ml cocktail syrup and 30ml aquafaba to an empty cocktail shaker. Shake for 15 seconds. Add ice to the top and shake again until tin is too cold to touch. Strain into chilled champagne coupe and dust with freeze-dried strawberries.
Osoyoos
Mix 50ml Pfeiffer Seriously Pink, 50ml Cranberry Juice, 50ml Pineapple Juice and 50ml Apple Juice to your favourite glass. Top with ice and garnish with a frozen Black Tea ice cube and a slice of green apple.
Seriously Pink Manhattan (as suggested by Q Manhattan Albury)
Mix 45ml Seriously Pink, 45ml Grand Marnier and a dash of grenadine. Top with ice then blend and serve in a cocktail glass.
Pink Pony
Add 90ml Seriously Pink to 15ml Pfeiffer Durif. Fill glass with crushed ice and top with 90ml Capi Tonic Water.
Pink Cosmopolitan
In a cocktail shaker add 45ml Seriously Pink, 45ml Vodka, a dash of lime juice and 150ml cranberry juice. Fill with ice. After a good shake, pour into a chilled glass and serve with a slice of lime.
