It has been with much delight that we have watched the hundreds and hundreds of bikes roll past the winery since the new Rutherglen Loops bike trail(s) opened in February.
The four distinct loops offer 48km of quite flat and well-maintained, family friendly bike paths around our historic region, connecting you from Rutherglen, Wahgunyah and Corowa, to our world class wineries, the mighty Murray River and the special and spiritual Lake Moodemere.
You can bring your own bikes. The Rutherglen Visitor Information Centre can also hire out a range of hybrid bikes from Adult XS to XL, as well as tandem bikes. For toddlers, a child trailer is also available for hire. They even have electric bikes.
This is such a leisurely way to explore our beautiful region and we highly encourage you to experience all the new trails when you are next here.
